We are a constant presence at health fairs and outreach events so we can educate residents about healthy living and provide assistance to access medical care.

We keep our community informed about health issues through our Speakers Bureau Program, Community Connections, a bimonthly e-newsletter, and special events such as the Community Alliances Forums and Annual Conference.

We support programs and partnerships to improve the health of everyone in our community.
