Educational Reimbursement

We provide reimbursement for employees to pursue advanced certifications and degrees.

New Horizons

CalOptima contracts with New Horizons Computer Learning Center, one of the world’s largest independent IT training companies, to provide our employees with the opportunity to attend in-depth training on computer programs, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and many others.

PSI (Public Service Institute)

We subsidize classes through Santa Ana College allowing staff to take free seminar classes on topics relating to communication, computer programs, management skills, office management and
self-improvement.

Seminars (Travel and Training)

We budget annually for external seminars and training.
