Your Benefits

To learn more about the Healthy Families Program or for application assistance, please call us at 1-714-246-8607 or toll free at 1-800-880-5305. If you have questions or need help with your child’s health care, please call us toll free at 1-800-530-2899 Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Pacific Time. Members with hearing or speech impairments can call our TDD/TTY line at 1-714-246-8523. We also provide interpreter services at no cost to our members. We have staff who speak your language.

Covered Benefits

The Healthy Families Program provides:

  • Medical care

  • Hospital and Emergency Care

  • Prescription drugs

  • Dental care

  • Vision care (glasses and eye exams)

Your child’s health is important to us. We are here to help you learn about and access all of your child’s medical benefits as a Healthy Families Program CalOptima member.

You can find a complete list of benefits in the Evidence of Coverage. This explains how to change health networks, what benefits are covered, how to change Primary Care Providers (PCP) and other information about your child’s health care services. Please read and keep it in a place that is easy to find.
