What is OneCare-HMO?

OneCare-HMO means total care. All your Medicare and Medi-Cal benefits are covered in one single plan making it easier to get the health care you need. With OneCare-HMO from CalOptima, you can choose from more than 2,800 physicians in Orange County who are ready to serve you.

We provide zero-cost prescriptions, dental and vision coverage, and many other no-cost benefits, such as transportation to and from your medical appointments at no cost to you.

To be a member of CalOptima OneCare-HMO,
you must:

  • Live in Orange County

  • Be enrolled in Medi-Cal and Medicare
    Parts A and B
