Members with hearing or speech impairments can call our TDD/TTY line at 1-800-735-2929. We also provide interpreter services at no cost to our members. We have staff who speak your language.

Other Programs and Services

We want to make sure you have access to the best health care possible. Here are some of the programs and services we have in place to help you get the care you need, when you need it.

OneCare (HMO SNP) offers taxi rides to and from your medical visits at no cost to you. OneCare will also pay for your driver’s tips. Call OneCare Transportation Services toll-free at 1-866-612-1256, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Have your OneCare ID card ready when you call.
To speak with a OneCare Partner, please call our Customer Service Department toll-free, 7 days a week, 24 hours a day, at 1-877-412-2734, or visit our office Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. TDD/TTY users can call 1-800-735-2929.
When you enroll in OneCare, one of your benefits is the personal assistance of a OneCare Partner. OneCare Partners can help schedule appointments, find a doctor or specialist, answer questions about your benefits, set up a ride to your doctor’s office, get an interpreter who speaks your language, and much more.
