CalOptima would like to remind you of incentives for CalOptima primary care providers to support quality and practice site improvements for the 2011-2012 year. These initiatives run from April 1, 2011, to May 31, 2012, and are offered to Medi-Cal primary care providers contracted with either CalOptima Care Network (CCN) and/or a CalOptima contracted health network.
