From newborns to seniors, every member matters at CalOptima. As a member, you can choose from 11 outstanding provider networks. We also have special programs for members with specific needs, including expectant mothers and new parents, teens, diabetics, seniors, and members with disabilities. Our members form a kaleidoscope of cultures and speak a variety of languages. Accordingly, we offer assistance in many languages and offer health education in English, Spanish, and Vietnamese. CalOptima recognizes the diversity of Orange County's community and truly understands our member's unique health concerns. If you need help, you can call our Customer Service Department at (714) 246-8500 or toll-free at 1-888-587-8088, Monday through Friday from 8 am to 5:30 pm. Members with hearing or speech impairments can call our TDD line at (714) 246-8523. We have staff who speak your language.
