Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee Changes

The Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee makes changes to the CalOptima Health approved drug list, OneCare (HMO SNP) formulary and OneCare Connect List of Covered Drugs (Formulary), depending upon the need or nationally updated guidelines.
