How to Enroll

Do you want to sign up for OneCare Connect?

We make it easy.

If you are eligible for OneCare Connect on or after your birthday month, you will get 3 notices in advance.

To qualify for OneCare Connect

You must:

  • Live in Orange County
  • Have both Medicare Parts A and B, and Medi-Cal
  • Be 21 years and older
  • Not be receiving services from a regional center
  • Not be enrolled in certain waiver programs
  • Other exceptions apply

Voluntary enrollment

If you want to voluntarily enroll before you get the notices, please call OneCare Connect information and enrollment at 1-800-960-9070. We are open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., and closed certain holidays. TDD/TTY users can call toll-free at 1-800-735-2929.
