What is the member portal?

The member portal is a secure online website where you have 24-hour access to CalOptima from anywhere with an internet connection. By having a secure username and password, you can view your personal information and do things like:

Request a member ID card
Print a temporary member ID card
Change your primary care provider (PCP)
Change your health network
Contact Customer Service electronically
Update your contact information

How to get started
