What is it?

OneCare (HMO D-SNP) is a Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plan for low-income seniors and people with disabilities who qualify for both Medicare and Medi-Cal. OneCare means total care. All your Medicare and Medi-Cal benefits are covered in one single plan making it easier to get the health care you need. With OneCare from CalOptima Health, you can choose from more than 1,500 doctors and specialists in Orange County who are ready to serve you.

There are no monthly premiums, and no deductible. We provide prescriptions, vision coverage, and many other benefits. We offer unlimited transportation to and from your medical appointments.

To qualify for OneCare

You must:

  • Live in Orange County
  • Have Medicare Parts A, B and D
  • Have full Medi-Cal with no Share of Cost
  • Be age 21 or older
