Attention Office Administrators and Provider Portal Users: PLEASE ACT NOW

CalOptima Link has been deactivated. It is urgent that you register for CalOptima’s new Provider Portal. Our portal is a secure online web application providing authorized users access to referrals and authorizations, claims history, and member information. All CalOptima Link users for your office will need to register immediately. Please call CalOptima Provider Relations at 714-246-8600 or email providerservicesinbox@caloptima.org.  

Please have the following information readily available to complete the registration:

  • Name of authorized contract signer(s)
  • Name of the designee for a Local Office Administrator (LOA) (this is a member of your staff responsible for reviewing and approving requests to access information associated with your office)
