What is the Member Portal?
The Member Portal is a secure online website where you have 24-hour access to CalOptima Health from anywhere with an internet connection. By having a secure username and password, you can view your personal information and do things like:
- - Request a member ID card
- - Print a temporary member ID card
- - Change your primary care provider (PCP)
- - Change your health network
- - Contact Customer Service electronically
- - Update your contact information
How to get started
