The Whole-Child Model is a program that aims to help CCS children and their families get better care coordination, access to care, and health results. The WCM program combines your child’s Medi-Cal and CCS benefits under CalOptima. CCS is a statewide program that arranges and pays for medical care, equipment and other services for children and young adults under 21 years of age who have certain serious medical conditions.
