Clay Corwin has been actively involved in a broad range of business and legal matters throughout his career. He is president of StoneCreek Company, a commercial real estate investment, development and advisory firm he formed in 1994. Corwin’s expertise includes management, strategic planning and negotiations, and financings and restructurings. He also has extensive experience in operations, asset management, planning and development. Corwin has directed the development and management of more than 5 million square feet of commercial real estate, including the successful development of a broad range of complex projects. For the past 20 years, Corwin and his firm have focused on the health care sector. He currently serves as a board member and treasurer of Lion’s Heart, a national organization for teen leadership and volunteering. Corwin received a bachelor’s degree from UC Davis and his Juris Doctor degree from UC Berkeley. Corwin was appointed a CalOptima director in August 2020.
