During this training session, we will recap lessons learned in Part 1 of the impacts of intimate partner violence (IPV) training regarding the prevalence and health impact of IPV. We will debrief on Plan-Do-Study-Act (PDSA) and address common challenges faced with implementation (i.e., seeing the patient alone, workflow adaptations, connecting with community-based IPV experts in your community). Finally, we will address privacy considerations for documenting and coding any IPV disclosures, and for ensuring access to culturally and linguistically concordant resources.
